We take pride in supplying quality products and it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, your purchase can be returned for a refund or exchange, as long as the item is unused and undamaged, complete with packing and product labels, and is returned within 7days of the purchase date.
If you are wanting to exchange or return boxed or packaged goods, they must be returned to Fuzzy Duck in the original unmarked packaging & in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds and Exchanges are not available on Sale Items. Any returned sale items will not be accepted by FuzzyDuck.co.nz and will be sent back to you. Please contact info@FuzzyDuck.co.nz for further information.
Please allow approximately one week for the processing of your return once received. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management. Refunds are not given simply because you have changed your mind or have ordered the incorrect size. We are happy to swap sizes if the incorrect size has been ordered if stock is available, alternatively credit will be given.
